These are the most amazing motorcycles in history!
Of the hundreds of motorcycle types manufactured throughout the years, certain models have distinguished themselves by becoming legendary. Every one of these vintage bikes has a unique feature, such as a killer look or a clever technical advancement. Some simply happened to be in the right market at the right moment with the appropriate qualities combined.
All these motorcycles I will mention in this article are part of a rich heritage; everybody must recognize at least three of them! Anyway, I hope you’re a fan of adrenaline, ’cause we’re going places with this brilliant top of the most amazing motorcycles. Buckle up, or make sure you put the helmet on; it will be a bumpy ride through classics!

1. Harley Davidson Softail
You’re secretly hoping this would occupy the first place, right? I can understand why. Harley Davidson is a popular brand that comes to mind for many people. Although the Harley Softail did not create the rear swingarm, it did get very close to perfecting it in its present configuration, and it was the first bike that offered the swingarm in the fashionable disguised packaging that it often comes in today.
The Softail Harley-Davidson is definitely one of the most amazing motorcycles ever made. And with a reason! According to those who had the pleasure to ride this bike, it is pretty comfortable to ride, mostly because of the soft tail suspension.
2. Ducati 750 Sport
Moving forward to another motorcycle that’s widely known, the Ducati 750 Sport. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful bikes ever created, elements of this model may still be seen on other contemporary classics like Royal Enfield’s Continental GT and Triumph’s departing Thruxton, in addition to Ducati’s own lineup.
Three distinguishing features that scream Ducati in the greatest manner imaginable are the racing posture, the classic gas tank, and the single seat with a cowl. The problem is that even if you have the money to spend on this bike, you won’t be able to find it in good condition. Or it will be even harder to find someone easy to convince to sell it.

The Honda Gold Wing reinvented the concept of cruising in ultimate luxury. The Gold Wing was initially manufactured as a sport bike and a follow-up to the CB750, but the main idea changed afterward and became the ultimate “couch on wheels” full-fairing bagger.

4. BMW R62
BMW motorcycles are so rare nowadays that we must cherish the ones that are left. Even with its 18 horsepower and considerable weight, it could nevertheless reach speeds of up to 70 miles per hour when necessary. Due to their extreme rarity, these bikes may cost up to $50,000 for a well-maintained example and considerably more for a restored immaculate one.
5. Vincent Black Shadow Series D
Who remembers the amazing Vincent Black Shadow? Back in the day, these were extremely fancy and appealing to the eye, even for those who didn’t dare to ride them. The average price for this type of bike is somewhere around $93,625.

There are various missing parts on this motorcycle, and it doesn’t seem to have brakes.

7. Triumph Bonneville
A great motorcycle is difficult to put down, and the Triumph Bonneville is an excellent example. The iconic Bonneville design is a big part of the reason Triumph endures, even in the face of almost ongoing ownership changes and a tragic factory fire.
The Bonneville, named after the well-known testing area for land speed record attempts, is a roadster that is just barely minimalistic enough to have the sharp look of a cafe racer but a somewhat more comfort-focused design.
8. Norton Manx 30M
Certain timeless models might justify their high cost by citing their timeless beauty. Some have incredible performance numbers that even rival modern bikes. This one-off, 100-mph monster was always present in the Isle of Man TT event and was used by several notable riders, like Mike Hailwood.
9. Suzuki GSX-R750RK
Like every other Honda model, the Suzuki Gixxer has also become a legend. With its full fairing, twin headlights, and fashionable livery, the RK reflected the era’s modern design trends. Among all the fanfare surrounding this bike, the most noteworthy fact was that just 500 were produced, none of which were legally imported into the US.
However, the bad news is that if you want to get one, you will need to have a sizable budget because there will only be 500 models available and the auction price is around $38,146. Furthermore, since these bikes have 120 horsepower, they’re not exactly built for a simple stroll in town but more for racing competitions.
10. Royal Enfield Continental GT
This motorbike has a unique look that has its roots in the European motorcycle racing scene of the middle of the 20th century. The Royal Enfield Continental GT, a sleek-looking British bike that was initially presented in a 22-hour road race from the northern tip of Scotland to the southern tip of England, is one of the most well-known motorcycles to come out of that environment.
With its swept-back exhaust, drop handlebars, and rear-set foot pegs, it introduced elements of the popular UK motorcycle racing culture into the homes of regular Britons.
