According to a recent study, the Ford F-350 Super Duty has proven to be the longest-lasting car and pickup in the US. While there are many studies of this kind with different findings, most experts agree that this Ford model is truly among those cars that last a long time.
The study mentioned above looked at the vehicles that are most likely to hit 250,000 miles, a feat that not every car can do. It turned out that Super Duty is 49.1% likely to reach the mark. Furthermore, it’s by far one of the strongest cars in the Ford range. It boasts a 7.3-liter OHV PFI V8 engine with 430 hp and 485 lb-ft of torque.
Perhaps the only downside to it is the fact that the vehicle does look quite brash. In addition, paying for the full 34-gallon tank is going to cost you a lot. Thus, perhaps an EV version for the future would be a smart idea from Ford.
