Kia EV6

The Kia electric car has been turning heads ever since it was introduced by the South Korean manufacturer. All in all, it is a great option if you are looking for an electric vehicle experience that is not going to be lacking.

Design-wise, it is definitely one of the new models out there that has a lot of personality, and it is definitely one car that will make people’s heads turn after it. And when it comes to performance as well, it is not one to sleep on.

The EV6 can get in an estimated 310 miles with a full charge, and you will not have to wait too long in order to get back on the road if you are going cross-country! The DC fast charger is the best option for this car, and it can boost your vehicle from 10% to 80% in a matter of 18 minutes!

The price is still quite higher than other models, yet it has seen a 2.5% decrease in the MSRP since January. Now you can get the car at a dealership for about $52,000 when previously you would have paid about $1,300 more.

Nissan Maxima

The Nissan Maxima saw its last iteration back in 2023, and it is still considered one of the best vehicles when it comes to having your car be a “tech powerhouse,”  as many like to describe it.

After all, it saw a restyle last year, and when you compare it to the 2016 version, you can definitely see its improvements. Despite this, not many are excited by the remodel, thinking that the CVT (variable automatic transmission) is more of a buzzkill when it comes to a 300-horsepower car!

Even so, the Nissan Maxima is a new model that is worth looking into if you like a sleek-looking car that is nimble and less expensive than Nissan’s Infiniti luxury line.

It has seen a 2.2% reduction from its initial MSRP, coming up at around $42,234, for one of the more decked-out models in terms of options and personalization. Even so, it depends on the model and the trims you desire.

Hyundai Ioniq 6

If you are turning your head towards a more affordable electric sedan, then you should give a chance to the Hyundai Ioniq 6. This electric sedan has a range of about 350 miles (and sometimes even more) on a full charge, and when it comes to fully electric cars, this South Korean-manufactured car is definitely one that gives a lot of them a run for their money.

All the car manufacturers out there have been starting to come out with their own electric vehicle versions, for sedans, SUVs, and even van models, and this has ended up oversaturating the market. This means that getting the prices to be lower on these types of cars may be doable, even if it seems like you cannot get a great deal.

Of course, it is not an easy task to find cheaper cars nowadays. Yet, when it comes to the Hyundai Ioniq 6, it is one of those cars that has been seen as slightly cheaper than others since the start of the year when it comes to the MSRP (by about 2.4%). You can manage to get it for an average price of about $47,700, which is a bargain for a fully electric car with such vast mileage on a single charge.

Others also praised the Hyundai Ioniq 6 for being a more pleasant design than its Ioniq 5 predecessor and that it comes with two choices of battery packs and both all-wheel and rear-wheel driving options, depending on your preferences.

Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid

If you are looking to get an all-American car that will offer you the best of both worlds in a new model car, then you should turn your head towards the Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Announced last year, this car has gotten a new iteration that came out in 2024, and it is definitely one that needs your attention.

A lot of people are worried about getting a fully electric car, as while a lot of the gas stations have become modernized and you can find charging stations in a lot of different places, once you are away from a big city, you cannot guarantee you will find one.

This is where the plug-in hybrid versions gain some traction and are a great option, especially for families when we are talking about the Chrysler Pacifica.

Boasting the “only American plug-in hybrid van,” the Chrysler Pacifica is worthy of this title. It also comes with an impressive 260 horsepower that offers about 540 miles of driving range, so it is not a new car to sleep on!

The MSRP has been sitting at about $54,300, and the dealership prices can be 2% lower, going towards more of a $53,250, yet it all depends on the trim and the model you desire.
